We have received dozens of boxes of CLIF products to share with riders on fun rides and at races. All recipients love
these products. There is a huge demand for SHOTS and SHOT BLOKS. Carolyn's favorites are the black cherry
BLOKS, espresso SHOTS, blueberry CLIF BARS, and LUNA orange Tea Cakes. The SHOTS and BLOKS come in
super handy for races, we either tape the packages to our stems or put them in our shorts for quick access and
typically eat one SHOT or 2-3 BLOKS every lap for superior performance!

Sock Guy socks are the BEST, for both performance and style. They hold up extremely well to all the punishment we
dish out! Brooke likes the catchy designs and phrases, like the Pinata socks, "I'd hit that again". She wears the tall
socks for more protection between her shoes and Armor. Dawn wears the wool versions for warmth on her winter
night rides, but they also keep her cool on hot summer days at Whistler. Carolyn loves wearing her socks bicycling
and running. They make a great compliment to her commuting skirt outfit too. Be sure to check out the Beaver and
